The 2010 2nd Division Winter Mini-Meet was a rousing success by any standard - nearly 50 members and guests showed up at the Clackamas Community Center to tour the Willamette Model Railroad Club's new layout and attend clinics put on by Joe Fugate (DCC - The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly), Glenn Farley (Resistance Soldering & Basic Brass Work), and Charlie Comstock (Evolving operation on the Bear Creek & South Jackson).  Door Prizes won included a Genesis SD70M in the EMD Demonstrator paint scheme, a "Saskatchewan"  covered hopper, a Tangent PRR gondola, and other cars.

Charlie Comstock was confirmed as the new District Superintendent, replacing Doug Auburg in that position. Fred Kaser was also elected to the board by write-in ballot.
