Some Model Railroader subscribers have been receiving renewal notices from "Publishers Billing Exchange" of La Hambra, California.

That company is not affiliated in any way with Kalmbach Publishing and renewal notices should only be coming from Kalmbach. The renewal notices from Publishers Billing Exchange are fraudulent.
